We deliver training both in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and in Northern Ireland (NI). (However, please note that our Legal training courses are relevant only in ROI).
All in-house courses can be tailored to suit the client. Research and gap analysis surveys can be carried out in advance to ascertain the needs of the participant group.
Clients contemplating in house training can send a member of staff to one of our scheduled courses to get a clearer idea of how the course would suit their needs.
Most are in-house. However, we also run scheduled courses which are open to attendance by individuals.

Yes. These courses are equally relevant for Irish and non-Irish participants. Diversity awareness works both ways!
The only requirement is that participants have a functional level of fluency in English.
The Tús Maith: Relocation to Ireland course can be tailored either for relevance to a group of migrant workers or to support staff.
Workshops and training courses range in length from a half-day to one- or two-day depending on the complexity of the subject matter, and the level and needs of participants. Course start and finish times can be arranged with the client. Many courses are modular and can be delivered at introductory, intermediate or advanced levels.
Presentations and seminars facilitating large groups can last from 1-3 hours. Question & Answer sessions that follow can range from 20 minutes to half an hour.
Weekend residential retreats allow participants to experience a more reflexive, in-depth approach in a residential setting running from Friday to Sunday evening.
Training courses usually take place during office hours.
Half-day courses and Presentations can be delivered morning, afternoon or evening depending on clients’ needs.
Full-day courses usually run from 10am-4pm or 9.30am-4.30pm.
Cascade has a flexible approach, recognising the special needs of many sectors and training can be delivered at other hours to suit shift workers, during traditional holiday periods or at weekends if necessary.

A Public Information Presentation entitled ‘Making a Will won’t kill you’ is to take place in Beara, County Cork at Eyeries National School at 7.30pm on Tuesday 23 February 2016. Hosted by Eyeries NS Parents’ Association and delivered by Anne O’Carroll of Cascade Training Consultancy, this jargon-free presentation gives practical tips on how to make a will, what happens if you don’t and how best to provide for your loved ones, avail of tax breaks and ensure peace of mind. This event is a fund-raiser for the school and is open to all, but parents of young children or other dependents are particularly encouraged to attend. There will be a Question & Answer session afterwards and handouts will be provided.
